ATHLETE CARDS
2010 USA Wrestling Membership is mandatory at all PAWF qualifiers and events. Athlete cards are $35 and are valid thru August 31, 2010. Athlete membership cards will be available for purchase at all PAWF tournaments. Click here to download the 2010 membership application.
COACHES CARDS
Due to the new mandatory background check, coaching cards are $50 and must be purchased directly through USA Wrestling.
PAWF CHARTERED CLUBS
CHARTER YOUR CLUB!
For 2010, the charter app is $80 and Certificate of insurance is $25.

If you have more than one site for practice, you will also need the additional Insurance Application for liability coverage.
